  The property manager is great! The apartments however, not so much. You're paying an exorbitant amount of money for location location location, not the apartment itself. The neighborhood is quiet & tranquil, the grounds are well kept. Diverse neighbors & local school classrooms are small with TA's.
  
  Snow removal in parking lots and roadways are immediate & thorough, however common walkways & sidewalks are SLOW, and at times won't be removed until late afternoon or not at all. You may request a bag of salt to use as needed, which is a + .
  
  The appliances are 20+ years old and will not replaced unless they cannot be duct taped or Gorilla Glued back together, walls are like tissue paper (if your neighbor sneezes, you can hear it), Running water through the pipes is very loud.
  
  Overall you will like it here.
