  Don't be fooled by the initial friendly demeanor of the self-absorbed owner PHIL and his poor downtrodden and exploited side-kick HAL. These guys can get nasty...particularly the Yitze who most likely never even picked up a wrench in his life. But of course he OWNS a restoration shop...so typical. What a phony. I suppose Hal is stuck under Phil's thumb; guess he was simply outsmarted.
  
  I must admit when I first meet Phil and Hal (like meeting Tennessee Tuxedo and Chumley) they are all nice and friendly. But Phil sheds his welcoming skin-deep persona when anyone with half a brain begins to ask for details about the restoration work (he contracted), discrepancies in what he says, or his trademark double talk.
  
  My experience is that this guy spends all his time b@!%!**#~@#g and speaking to people like they are idiots - like he is the only person who has all the answers. His arrogance is stellar. In reality he is a joke; just a condescending leech who thinks he is smarter than everyone else. I guess you can say he is a legend in his own lunchtime. The real thing that amaze me is that this deceptive dirt bags make a living exploiting other people's hard-work and talent to make his fortune.
  
  No one can deny that he is a fast talker that goes from subject to subject to try to keep you off kilter. It's actually an amusing experience. I was laughing my a@s off listening to this pompous t@!d telling stories of his life's lessons as if you're a child and he can teach you something. What a condescending dick. Man I imagine he must have been fed a line of s@!t about his superiority from when he was a kid.
  Anyway, by my standards is not the very bright, but he is the sharpest at Netcong auto. Sort of king of the dipshits which also feeds that colossal ego. Although you have to give credit. He found his niche in the classic car restoration community which he knows is full of patsies that fall prey to his "make money of others" methods. And he is good at what he does.
  
  Phil discovered the power of the Internet and has developed a special talent. He knows how to use the Internet and Facebook to exaggerate his skills and experience, how to create stellar reviews he and his yenta wrote themselves, and build up this false image as the most-revered car restoration specialist the world has ever seen. Phil knows if you simply tell a lie over and over enough times and it will become truth. And the Internet gives him a forum for his b@!%!**t. I am surprised he doesn't have a split personality from writing all the wonderful things about himself. He so deceptive he puts photos of classic cars on his website Netcong never worked on...of course by seeing the car you think he must have. What a POS.
  
  In closing, if you ever want a good laugh, go see the PHIL at Netcong Auto Restorations. He is so full of c@!p it's quite entertaining - much more entertaining than his s@!%!y musical pursuits with his kid...LMAO. Just don't make the mistake of doing business with this arrogant clown.
